The Employee Assistance Program Consortium is offering the following upcoming group to NYPH and WCMC employees:

Communication Skills Group (3 session workshop)

Topics include the significance of communication skills, types of communication, and how to better communicate both professionally and personally. This will be an interactive workshop/support group, held for three consecutive sessions.

Wednesdays February 3, 10 & 17^th
All sessions meet from 12:00 - 1:00pm in room F-1300, NYPH

The EAPC is also offering the following upcoming group to Rockerfeller University employees:

Stress Management Workshop (2 workshops)

This workshop is a one-session educational and experiential group. Topics include stress identification, coping techniques, and relaxation exercises.

This group will be offered at Founders Hall, Room 510:
Wednesday, February 24^th from 1:00pm - 2:15pm and
Monday March 1^st from 4pm - 5:15pm
