For your convenience and privacy the EAPC is located off hospital grounds in a residential building. The EAPC is located at Phipps House (first floor) 445 East 68th Street (at York Avenue) New York, NY 10021.

Car

Car

Coming from FDR North, take the 61st Street exit and make a right turn onto York Avenue. Coming from FDR South, take the 72nd Street exit and make a left turn onto York Avenue. The EAPC is located at 445 East 68th Street at the corner of York Avenue. Please see our map for parking locations.

Subway

Subway 4, 5, and 6

Take the 4, 5, or 6th Street and Lexington Station. Walk four blocks east towards York Avenue. The EAPC is Located at 445 East 68th Street at the corner of York Avenue.

Bus

Bus M31, M15, and M66

Via York Avenue, take the M31 to 69th Street. Walk one block south to 68th Street. Make a right hand turn to 445 East 68th Street. Via 1st or 2nd Avenue, take the M15 to 68th Street. Walk east toward York Avenue. Coming from the west side of Manhattan take the M66 across town at 68th. The M66 will stop at York Avenue directly across from the EAPC. The EAPC is located on the left at the corner of York-445 East 68th Street.
